A connector by nature, Kimberly is a driven leader - dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, She is passionate about multiplier leadership, retention of talent, and developing others to realize their potential. Kimberly has dedicated her life to the principle of achieving success while positively impacting both the lives of those she works with and the mission of the companies she serves. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, Her two athletic boys keep her very busy outside the office!

McCall brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and heart to every client partnership. Recognized as one of Colorado’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women, she has built her career on helping leaders strengthen culture, elevate talent, and design systems that drive measurable growth. With experience spanning Fortune 100 HR, financial services, and entrepreneurship, she is known for her insightful, results-driven, and people-first leadership. Outside of work, McCall loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and dote on her French Bulldog, Norman.
Britt Korth
DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING SERVICES
Britt has extensive experience coaching and developing young leaders, as well as recruiting high caliber, talented advisors. Britt started her career in coaching as an assistant women’s basketball coach at both IUPUI in Indianapolis and Cleveland State, her alma mater. She then spent many years building the internship program for a Northwestern Mutual network office, and in 2020, Britt was named Recruiter of the Year. Her favorite past time is doing color commentary on ESPN during the Cleveland State women’s basketball games. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Megan Johansen

Megan joins the Growth Suite team with over a decade of experience in operations in the non-profit sector and has spent the past several years recruiting in the financial services industry. She cares deeply about helping others succeed, whether it’s her team, the clients she’s serving, or the candidates she’s meeting with. Megan takes the “see it, own it” approach she learned in the non-profit world and applies it to all aspects of the recruiting experience, creating an integrated approach for both candidates and clients. Outside of work, Megan loves traveling with her wife and son, playing all types of sports, and finding new restaurants to try with friends.
Amy Weddel
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & PEOPLE
Amy is an Operations Manager with extensive experience in human resources. She is passionate about working with groups from different areas of a business to deliver on project plans and business goals. Amy advocates for her teams and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and authenticity in her work. She supports others through challenges and promotes a collaborative environment. Amy drives workflow improvements and develops practical solutions to improve turnaround and reduce delays. In her free time, she is passionate about family time, hanging out with her husband of 24 years, watching their children participate in sports, cooking, hiking, and staying active with CrossFit.

Lori Krogel is a Denver‑based talent leader who partners with Accounting & Finance organizations to build high‑performing direct‑hire teams and deliver the professionals who drive business growth. She brings national experience from the world’s largest talent organization, where she led enterprise recruiting operations and coached high‑output teams serving complex, multi‑market clients. Lori blends deep A&F recruiting expertise with operational discipline, creating clean processes, clear expectations, and a consistent experience for both clients and candidates. A trusted advisor to high‑growth companies, Lori brings clarity to workforce planning, market insights, and role design. She helps hiring leaders position their opportunities competitively and builds the systems, teams, and partnerships that allow A&F organizations to scale with confidence. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, travelling and live music.
Senior Recruiter
Ashley specializes in building and leading winning teams, training new talent, and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates. She comes to Growth Suite with over 5 years of experience in finance and sales recruitment, including multiple Northwestern Mutual offices. In 2021, she achieved Recruiter of the Year with the company. She is passionate about connecting talented individuals with amazing opportunities by uncovering their personal skills and desires. Outside of work, she loves every minute spent with her husband, baby boy, and rescue pup, Echo. She enjoys spending time in the sun, at the lake, and in the garden.

Paige joins Growth Suite with four years of experience at Northwestern Mutual in recruiting and internship development. She is passionate about helping people find careers that align with their strengths and guiding organizations toward success through intentional strategy and development. Outside of work, you can find Paige reading, hiking with her dog Leo and husband Jack, or baking a loaf of sourdough.

Laken specializes in recruiting and internship development, with a passion for helping people grow and supporting client needs. She brings nearly a decade of experience as Director of Recruiting for Northwestern Mutual where she led hiring strategies, developed internship programs, and built lasting professional relationships. Laken finds purpose in connecting driven individuals with opportunities that align with their goals and potential. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys every moment raising her three little girls. You can often find her relaxing at the lake or cheering at football games on the weekends.
Senior Recruiter
Carrie is a strategic talent acquisition leader and people developer at heart, known for building strong recruiting practices, impactful programming, and effective resourcing strategies. She brings a data-driven, people-first approach shaped by experience in recruiting, leadership development, and systems design.
Her leadership extends nationally through the Women’s Field Association, where she served on the Board of Directors as Community and Engagement Officer—supporting and developing leaders across the country through national programming, engagement initiatives, and community building.
At the local level, during her tenure at Northwestern Mutual, Carrie recruited multiple Top 10 interns, helped support a consistently Top 10 College Network Office, and played a key role in strengthening selection, conversion, and recruiter execution. Her teams earned Recruiting Team of the Year for Conversions three years in a row.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys cooking and art classes and spending time with her husband, Zach, and their dog, Stevie.

Megan is a dynamic professional with four years of experience in recruiting, marketing, and finance. Her background is heavily rooted in Northwestern Mutual’s internship program — both as a recruiter and former intern. Known for her strong relational skills and natural leadership abilities, she excels at building connections and fostering collaboration. Megan truly values her relationships with candidates, taking pride in helping people find their dream roles. Based in Southeast Michigan, she enjoys life with her husband, Garrett. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and family, grabbing iced coffee (no matter how cold it is outside!), riding the Peloton, and traveling.

Shannon is an experienced financial representative and recruiter with a background in financial services, coaching, and recruitment. She began at Northwestern Mutual as a College Financial Representative, where she was a top 100 intern, before moving into recruiting and then full-time financial planning. In addition to providing clients with strategic financial solutions, she mentored and coached new team members. In her free time she enjoys wedding planning, walking with her pup Monty, spending time with her husband, and coaching track and field.

Jana joins the Growth Suite team with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources in a variety of industries. She also brings nearly 10 years of recruiting experience, including time spent in financial services. She began her career at Chase Bank, and has worked in management, consulting, and non-profit. A native Texan, she and her husband live in The Woodlands, TX where they are busy raising three active boys.

He’s energized by great conversations, enjoys creating solutions, and loves helping others succeed—bringing a people-first mindset to every interaction.
Outside of work, Kolten is usually scouting out new restaurants with friends, finding his next hike, teaching indoor cycling classes at SoulCycle, or laying low and enjoying time at home.

Gabriel Proctor is a Talent Acquisition and Recruiter professional based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a passion for connecting exceptional talent with organizations that drive economic growth and community impact.
In 2020, Gabriel founded Title Tech Staffing Agency, an entrepreneurial venture dedicated to providing recruitment solutions across Insurance, Finance, healthcare, hospitality, and technology sectors. Through this experience, he developed expertise in full-cycle recruiting, business development, client relationship management, and workforce strategy while helping employers identify and retain high-performing talent.
Building on the success of his staffing agency, Gabriel went on to serve as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting organizations such as Butterball Farms and John Ball Zoo, where he led recruitment initiatives, developed strategic hiring pipelines, and partnered with leadership to attract top-tier candidates. His ability to build strong employer relationships and identify high-quality talent earned him a reputation as a trusted recruiting partner.

Jiali Liang is a rising junior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign pursuing a double major in Marketing and Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Originally from Chicago, she is passionate about graphic design, brand storytelling, and creating marketing campaigns that spark authentic connections with audiences. Her interests span strategy, business development, consulting, and brand marketing, where she enjoys blending creativity with analytical thinking to bring ideas to life.
Jiali has experience creating and managing social media content, developing branding initiatives, and supporting consulting projects across student organizations and professional settings. On campus, she serves on the executive boards of multiple student organizations, leading initiatives focused on marketing, communications, and community engagement. Outside of academics and leadership, she enjoys exploring cafés and trying new desserts, watching documentaries and movies, and journaling.
